Ladies and gentlemen of Western Togoland and Ghana. It is my joyful duty to extend the best wishes of the Peoples’ Liberation Council of Western Togoland to you all this Christmas. It is our sincere vision that the UNION of Western Togoland and Ghana shall develop harmoniously as the wrong concepts about our relation are eventually fading away through the education and public sensitization activities of the PLC. We are confident that with a clearer understanding the celebration of this year’s Christmas shall spark anew in you a common joy that the world obtains from the incarnation of the Creator’s Love some two thousand years ago.
