WHAT IS PLC?
The PEOPLES’ LIBERATION COUNCIL OF WESTERN TOGOLAND is the full name for PLC. An organization poised to serve in promoting the process of Liberating Western Togoland in all aspects. We are made up of groups of people with common culture, beliefs, religions etc, struggling for the restoration of human dignity for the People’s of Western Togoland.
What We Stand For
Our Vision is a Western Togoland restored and perpetually developing to the glory of God.
To mobilize resources, human and material, through the vehicle of PLC organization to attain restoration of human dignity for harmonius and perpetual development.
To facilitate the restoration of human dignity for harmonious cooperation and sustainable development in Western Togoland and it's environs. To awaken and guide citizens of Western Togoland into sustainable management of the natural environment. To advocate for good governance and promote development, education, health and gender issues.
We are offering the following information's about us that what we actually seek for
Management is made up of the head which comprises the chairman, two vices, the secretary-general, treasurer, financial secretary, and one other member. These form the control center.
The administration is headed by the Secretary-General who works with the heads of the Council of Elders, the External Agencies and of various grassroots organizations.
The chairman and his team are responsible for governing policies.
The Secretary – General is in charge of operations (policy implementation) and day to day administration to achieve the desired goals.
The functions of the PLC are promotion of governance, education and development.
The Council of Elders is to apply wisdom in advising the Central Coordinating Committee on operations.
The External Agencies are to lay foundation for bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
THE GRASSROOTS ORGANIZATIONS OF WESTERN TOGOLAND
The concerned citizens who form the legs and the feet are agents of mobilization and education.
This is a grassroots organization for sports and culture.
