At a simple ceremony after a short discussion with the leaders of the Concerned Citizens on the PLC concept , the Secretary General , Mr. Divine Odonkor (extreme right) handed over to the Dodze Executives — Moses Gali , the Secretary (extreme left and Allan Cyril, the Chairman (2nd from left), a complete set of remote controlled Public Address System and a megaphone as support from the PLC for promoting public education and group mobilisation for community development . The occasion was graced by Mr. Edwin Fianke, the Financial Advisor for POEPLES’ LIBERATION COUNCIL OF WESTERN TOGOLAND. Mr. Odonkor advised the leaders to carefully handle the equipment and work hard to let stronger groups arise from their efforts. The Chairman promised marvelous performance to justify the trust reposed in the Dodze Chapter by the PLC. The Financial Advisor encouraged the youth to embrace the concepts and depart from usual corrupt way of doing things in Ghana.
