The PLC had an opportunity to field participants at an innovative briefing seminar organised by the Volta Agriculture Research Centre of the E. P. Univesity College, Ho on Thursday, 24 May, 2018. The workshop was to introduce the university’s innovative way of providing academic upgrading for farmers.
Among PLC’s participants at the workshop were representatives of Western Togoland Assembly, Rastafari council of Ghana, Global Ecovillage Network (GEN Ghana) and the Perma-culture Network, Ghana.
The PLC Secretary General,who was also a facilitator at the workshop congratulated the participating groups and urged them to take advantage of this and subsequent workshops to build develop skills of their members into elements of change that will populate the land with a productive race. He hopes to see in the near future employable graduates who may be able to employ themselves and others and form an Association of Graduate Employers to replace the Association of Unemployed Graduates.
