Western Togoland Liberation Movement(WTLM) of Akatsi in a meeting with the Klikor Union at Ashaiman decided to follow PLC principles of using the available liberty to develop our own communities without waiting for Ghana government citing the over 61 years in Ghana without development as a pointer.
